Privacy policy

1. In short

• No cookies, no tracking, no ads, no account.
• Fonts and all other files come from our own server. Reading this site creates no connection to Google, Facebook or any other third party.
• Your browser only remembers the language you picked yourself.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich GmbH in Friedersdorf, Germany, under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

With every request the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system, and the referring page. This serves to deliver the site, keep it stable and fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for these purposes.

4. Language

If you open apex-race.com without a language in the address, the server sends you to the matching language version based on your browser's language setting. Nothing is stored for this. If you pick a language yourself, your browser stores that choice in its local storage so you land in your language next time. This is strictly necessary for a function you asked for (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). The setting never leaves your device; you can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

5. Contact by e-mail

If you write to us, we process your e-mail address, your name and your message to deal with your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once your request is settled and no statutory retention period applies.

6. Links to YouTube, Instagram and Facebook

We link to our channels on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook with plain links only. Your browser connects to these services only when you click such a link; their privacy policies then apply.

7. Fonts

All fonts are hosted on our own server. No connection to Google or other font providers is made.

8. Sharing of data

Your data only goes to our host as a processor. It is not shared with advertisers or other third parties. If that changes, for example through ads or audience measurement, we will update this policy beforehand and ask for your consent where required.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You may object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21).

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Ours is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin, Germany, datenschutz-berlin.de.

10. Changes

If the website or the law changes, we will update this policy. The version published here applies.
